Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1071 of 29 June 2021 amended Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/442 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/521 related to the mechanism making certain products subject to the production of an export authorisation, to ensure more transparency of export deliveries and Union supplies, due to the risk that exports would threaten either the execution of the Advance Purchase Agreements between the Union and the vaccine manufacturers or the security of Union supplies of COVID-19 vaccines and their active substances.
Replacement on the second paragraph of Article 4 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/442 and Article 3 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/521 with ‘It shall apply until 30 September 2021.’

Council Regulation (EU) 2021/1052 of 18 June 2021 amended Regulation (EU) No 1387/2013 suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain agricultural and industrial products, to amend the product description and classification for certain CCT duty suspensions listed in the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 1387/2013 to take into account technical product developments and economic trends in the market. It is no longer in the Union’s interest to maintain the suspension of CCT duties for those products.
The changes provided for in this Regulation regarding the tariff suspensions for the products concerned should apply from 1 July 2021.

Regulation (EU) 2021/1068 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 amended Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 as regards its transitional provisions for specific machinery fitted with engines in power ranges greater than or equal to 56 kW and less than 130 kW, and greater than or equal to 300 kW to address the impact of the COVID-19 crisis, to prolong the transitional provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 for a series of categories of engines, to ensure the smooth functioning of the internal market and to provide legal certainty and to avoid potential market disruption, because Regulation (EU) 2016/1628, had difficulties meeting the deadlines of 30 June 2020 and 31 December 2020 set out in that Regulation for the production and the placing on the market of machinery fitted with specific categories of engines that comply with less stringent emission limit.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
