CONSUMER PROTECTION FOODSTUFFS AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1006 of 12 April 2021 amended Regulation (EU) 2018/848 as regards the model of the certificate attesting compliance with the rules on organic production, to ensure a harmonised implementation by including a new Annex with the specific additional Information that competent and control authorities can require to any operator.

Replacements in Annex VI to Regulation (EU) 2018/848. The specific additional Information can be about the directory or quantity of products, Information on the land, list of premises or units where the activity is performed and Information on the training or activities carried by the operator or by the subcontracted third party, list of subcontractors and Information on the accreditation of the control body.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, and It shall apply from 1 January 2022

FREEDOM OF ESTABLISHMENT INTERNAL MARKET - PRINCIPLES

 

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1018 of 22 June 2021 amending the implementing technical standards laid down in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/637 as regards the disclosure of indicators of global systemic importance, and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1030/2014, to adequate that Regulation to the requirement to use a uniform format for the Information on the values of the indicators used for determining the score of G-SIIs referred to in Article 441 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 and to introduce new requirements instead of those laid down in Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1030/2014.

A new Article 6 bis about the disclosure of indicators of global systemic importance is inserted in the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/637.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, and It shall apply from 28 June 2021.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/994 of 18 June 2021 amended Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/605 laying down special control measures for African swine fever to increase the level of risk due to the new outbreaks of African swine fever in wild porcine animals and to restrict more zones to combat the risks associated with the spread of that disease.

Replacements in Annex I of the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/605.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
