Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1474 of 14 September 2021 extends the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2384 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/271 on imports of certain aluminium, in accordance with the opinion of the Committee, to exempt some aluminium of determined meters from the definitive anti-dumping duty if it is imported for other uses than household foil.
It establishes that the requests for the exemption from the duty should be made in writing in one of the official languages of the European Union and must be signed by a person authorised to represent the entity requesting the exemption and sent to the European Commission.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1485 of 15 September 2021 amends Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/641 concerning emergency measures about outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the certain Member States, to update regionalisation at the Union level to take account of the protection and surveillance zones duly established by Belgium, France and Luxembourg and of the surveillance zone duly established by Germany, and to prolong the period of application of Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/641 until 30 September 2022, to cover the upcoming annual migration season of migratory wild birds and protect from a possible further outbreak of that disease.

This Regulation imposes A definitive anti-dumping duty on some imports of flat-rolled products of stainless steel, not further worked than cold-rolled (cold reduced) and originating in the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan and establishes the rates of the definitive anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty, of those products for a list of companies from Taiwan and China.
The application of those individual duty shall be conditional to the presentation to the customs authorities of the Member States of a valid commercial invoice, on which must appear a declaration dated and signed by an official of the entity issuing such invoice, identified by their name and function, drafted following this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
